Costume Details

Butterflies

Instead of mimicking the rigid, dark body of a real butterfly, I drape the human form in graceful, flowing fabrics that enhances the airy dance of the wings.

These characters can be on tall stilts only. Performance space needs to have high ceilings or be outdoors

Illumination: Butterfly wings and antenna light up.

Fluro Trash

As a solo, duo, or trio, these colourful sporty roller skaters are ready to bring the Party! Want tunes, but got no DJ? These characters bring their own portable speakers. 80’s theme? Fluro leotards, bike pants, and fishnet stockings are back in style with the Fluro Trash Roller Trio.

These costumes are a collaboration with Beth at Red Top Creations and Libby at Mo Productions and can be booked through any of us.

Available on roller skates or ground.

Hot Air Balloons

Fusing the timeless allure of hot air balloons and the grace of stilt walkers, these costumes, with their vibrant colours, initiate a whimsical journey which is enhanced by the performer’s skill and the imagination of the audience. 

These characters can be on stilts or ground. If on stilts the performance venue needs to have high ceilings or be outside.

Illumination: There are lights strung around the balloon.

Lolly & Lipstick

Girls Just wanna have fun! These two girly girls have the hair, wardrobe, and attitude of a fancy night on the town. Need beauty advice? These gals can give it to you along with a peg, which is the latest fashion.

These fun characters can be on stilts, roller or ground.  

Illumination: Lolly and Lipstick can have light up headdresses and bodice.

Peacocks signify beauty, splendour, opulence and pride. The splendour of one of nature’s most stunning birds, as well as the costumes of drag queens, has inspired the creation of this costume. More is More.

Peggy the Washing Clown

Peggy loves her hills hoist! Inspired by the 2000 Olympics opening ceremony in Sydney where stilt walkers wore hills hoists, I made my own version which is way more colourful and fun. Kids love helping Peggy hang clothes, toys, fluffy dice…

This character can be on stilts or on the ground. If on the ground a smaller washing line structure is used.

Rainbows & Raindrops

Rainbows and Raindrops costume duo is inspired by afternoons in Perth during Autumn when rainbows stretch their magnificence across the sky, and the finding of rainbow umbrellas in a Two Dollar Shop.

Inspired by the 2023 total solar eclipse in Northwestern Australia, Sun and Moon debuted in Carnarvon, W.A. The sun’s intense rays provide life’s energy, while the silver moon, seen among the stars, controls the blue ocean tides.

These stunning characters are for tall stilts only.

Illumination: Sun and Moon headdresses and isis wings can light up.

Daffodils

Spring has sprung, and the daffodils are dancing in the breeze, flaunting their bright yellow petals!  These cheerful blooms symbolize rebirth and new beginnings, making them the perfect heralds of Easter and springtime celebrations. These bright yellow daffodil costumes, radiate sunshine. It’s a season of joy and renewal, with daffodils leading the parade! 

Daffodils are available on roller skates, short stilts, and tall stilts.

Sensational Entertainers

Performance Cancellation Policy

Performers rely on contract work for their income. When a client confirms a performance, the performers decline other opportunities for that time slot. If the client later cancels the performance, it is crucial to compensate the performers for the effort of finding new work and for the lost opportunities due to their commitment to the initial confirmation. 

Additionally, the administration, quotes, and organization of performers for your event are funded by the gigs we secure. Please respect our administrators’ time and effort by promptly paying your cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees: 

  • More than 1 month before the confirmed gig: No fee 
  • Less than 1 months but more than 1 week before the confirmed gig: 50% fee 
  • Less than 1 week before the confirmed gig: 100% fee

This policy ensures fair compensation for performers and acknowledges the impact of cancellations on their professional commitments.

Wondering how it all works with roving performers – when they perform and when they have a break? We’ve put together a couple of the popular ways event organisers book our performers:

Example 1: Two 45-minute sets over two hours:

  • Roving performance: 45 minutes
  • Break: 30 minutes
  • Roving performance: 45 minutes

Example 2: Three 45-minute sets over three hours:

  • Roving performance: 45 minutes
  • Break: 15 minutes
  • Roving performance: 45 minutes
  • Break: 30 minutes
